As a dedicated mental health counselor with over 6 years of experience, I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and attachment-focused approach to therapy. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in spaces of safety, curiosity, and meaningful connection. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate complex emotional landscapes, break generational cycles, and discover empowered ways of relating to themselves and others.
My clinical practice integrates evidence-based modalities such as DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy with psychoanalytic insight to support clients in understanding the deeper roots of their struggles. I have extensive experience working with survivors of trauma, immigrant families, the BIPOC community, and individuals navigating significant life transitions.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Family and Couple Counseling from the University of Miami. When I’m not in session, you’ll find me chasing waves or being lovingly bossed around by my cats.
