Hello and thanks for checking out my bio! I believe in providing client-centered care with everyone I have the privilege of meeting. I like to work collaboratively with each person, catering to their unique personality and strengths. I want each person to feel valued and heard, creating a safe space where healing, growth and self discovery can occur. I aim to be a supportive guide to steer you through whatever you're navigating, whether it be stress, anxiety, life transition, career indecision and burnout, depression, relational issues, trauma, men's issues, spiritual crises/questioning, grief, feeling stuck, to name a few. My hope is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and identify your unique needs so that I can best support you in moving towards your desired goals in life. I can help you recognize thinking or behavior patterns that may be holding you back, and identify ways to rethink and better cope with life's challenges. Regardless of what you're going through, you don't have to do it alone!

My style is engaging, warm, caring, nonjudgemental and honest. It’s an honor to join people in their journey of life and I’m truly grateful to assist them in moving to a place of renewed hope! I am experienced in working with a variety of mental health conditions and work with adults of all ages. I employ a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and more. I am comfortable working with an array of backgrounds across ethnic, sexual orientation, and faith-based traditions.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon (License #C7315). I hold a MA degree in Clinical Counseling from Loras College.
