Part of the "human experience" is being able to connect with others, sharing our words, feelings and thoughts. I believe that we are all protective of our own spaces, and I value the brave decision we make to welcome another person in, to be vulnerable even for just a moment, to trust that our spoken experiences will be met with compassion and empathy, rather than judgement.

Since childhood, I was raised to see the value in helping others. I'm passionate about supporting others through life's challenges, and I find profound meaning and a sense of purpose in helping people through their mental health journey.

I take an integrative and multi-faceted approach to mental health care, blending different modalities of talk therapy, medications, supplements, and lifestyle changes which includes optimizing our nutrition and diet, sleep, physical activity, social engagement and stress management. My approach is guided by evidence-based research and I believe in partnering with my clients to promote a collaborative treatment plan. Treatment is tailored to the individual; there's no one-size-fits-all.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with extensive behavioral health experience spanning over 15 years, since 2011. I'm a certified Master of Psychopharmacology through the Neuroscience Education Institute, with advanced training on psychotropic medications to help manage mental health symptoms. I also have further training on integrative psychiatry and non-medication approaches to optimizing our mental wellness. I have a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and continue to pursue additional credentials in the mental health sphere.
