Communication and connection come naturally for me. I am easily able to engage with clients and meet them where they are at. This skill allows me to partner with clients to assist them in their desire to move forward toward their life’s goals. I have found that building resilience and empowering people to uncover their own strength is powerful in restoring confidence, reestablishing balance, and renewing enthusiasm in their lives.

I utilize evidenced- based therapy modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Mindfulness practices, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy concepts and Narrative Therapy to connect with clients so they are able to see their path forward with confidence, clarity, calmness and tangible tools they can utilize in their everyday life.

I hold a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University and am a member of the national Phi Alpha honor society, as well as the honor society at Fordham University: Phi Kappa Phi. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
