Mental health disorders can have pervasive and far-reaching effects, impacting every facet of your life. It can often feel lonely when coping with these conditions and you might think that you are the only one who feels the way you do. You are not alone and mental health conditions are extremely common! I am passionate about providing comprehensive mental healthcare that empowers you to achieve your personal goals.

I recognize that each patient is unique. We will work together as a team to create a plan of care that is personalized to you and your goals. I will make sure you are informed about the benefits and drawbacks to treatment options and engage in discussion as we collaborate on developing your best path forward. I have been practicing adult psychiatry in various capacities since 2008 and understand the stress and complexities associated with these disorders but also revel in the successes that can be achieved with appropriate care and treatment.

I graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University's Physician Assistant Program in 2008 and earned my Doctor of Medical Science degree from the University of Lynchburg in 2020. I have experience teaching with University of Washington School of Medicine MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Training Program and with Idaho State University's PA Program. I hold a certificate in personal development coaching and am a wellness champion with multiple publications in the area of healthcare provider burnout and research.
