I believe therapy can be beneficial for almost everyone, and it is truly an honor to walk alongside those who choose to seek support. I strive to create a welcoming, safe space grounded in authenticity, compassion, and care. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship—I believe meaningful change happens through connection. It’s important to me that my clients know I’m rooting for them and believe in their ability to grow and heal.
My approach is grounded in a humanistic, person-centered, and strengths-based lens. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, which is especially meaningful to me as someone with ADHD. I support clients in understanding how their brains work and learning how to work with their brain rather than against. Common themes including self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and quieting the self-critic. Trained in art therapy, I integrate art making and creative approaches as additional ways to process experiences when words feel limiting, alongside evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with training in art therapy. I earned my MS in Counseling Psychology with an Art Therapy Specialization in 2019 from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA. I have worked in schools, creative-based day programs, residential treatment settings, and private practice since 2007. I value lifelong learning and continually seek to expand my knowledge to provide thoughtful, effective care.
