(They/them)

My passion is supporting others as they grow into the person they want to be. I believe having a trusting, safe relationship with another person can help give us the space we need to grow and change. Working as a child therapist, I know how important early intervention is to help kids get support now and give them tools to help alleviate future struggles. As a queer clinician, I have a particular passion for supporting LGBT+ youth.

I prioritize using a strengths-based, client-centered approach. I believe we all have strengths in life, regardless of what we are struggling with now. I want to focus on using those strengths to help build up clients to help them achieve the goals they set. I have extensive experience working with those who have experienced trauma and strive to provide all services through a trauma-focused lens. I have experience working with survivors of sexual assault, human trafficking, and child abuse.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Oregon. I graduated with my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2022. I have received training in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Child-Centered Play Therapy. I am currently working towards my certification as a registered play therapist.
