Imagine if the ingredients and instruments for healing are already inside of you. Maybe the messaging you have received has led you to believe otherwise. I believe that our inner landscape holds tools, resources, and wisdom that can get muddied by trauma, our early relationships with caregivers, and other life challenges. Excavating your authentic self can be a scary and messy process. I would love to walk with you through it, holding hope, a flashlight, and compassion as we go.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-focused. I draw elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also resonate with somatic therapy and incorporate the body in the healing process. Additionally, I will begin EMDR training later this year.

I received my MSW from the University of Southern California. I also hold an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BFA from the University of Arizona. I have been practicing for over 7 years and continue to find joy and beauty in the process. My hobbies include running, baking, and making my toddler belly laugh.
