I take from evidence based modalities and other systems, because the human experience is complex. I'm an expert at being calm during the storm, being able to hold space for some hard truths, pains, and vulnerable emotions. Listening is the key to making the therapeutic relationship work, because being heard is essential to the exchange. I have a Master's in Social Work, MSW, LCSW -Oregon. Internationally- I have a nonprofit "Lone Star International Ministries" with my family and presently in the process of establishing -Liberian Behavioral Health Network- for Africans in the Diaspora. I was born in Liberia West Africa and seek to bring awareness, education and intervention to mental health issue in the country and around the globe for those.
