I believe you have the capacity and ability to work through life experiences within a safe, trauma informed, non-judgmental professional relationship. I welcome various topics that include, but are not limited to gender, race, sex, sexuality, and other systems of oppression, as they are all contributing factors to your wellness. My passion is to help clients explore their authentic selves by processing life events and re-writing the inner stories they tell themselves. I have primarily worked with clients from the developmental age of pre-teens to adults.

I believe that you are the expert of your own experiences and that you can find the answers to your problems within yourself. I utilize a variety of modalities such as Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Internal Family Systems approaches.

I hold a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oregon State University-Cascades. I am informed in the IFS model. I am also trained in Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA), in Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk (AMSR), and in Social-Emotional Learning from the Inside Out: Teaching Kids Interoceptive Awareness Skills to Build Insight, Empathy, and Compassion. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology/Sociology at the University of Puget Sound. These studies have expanded my cultural competence and humility.
