I am a clinical mental health counselor and psychotherapist with 30 years of experience in mental health, offering trauma therapy for adults who are outwardly functioning yet internally affected by trauma, chronic stress, or unresolved life experiences. My work is integrative, trauma-informed, and multicultural, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Prolonged Exposure, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Therapy is not rushed. We focus on understanding long-standing patterns, protective strategies, and internal conflicts. The aim is sustainable change rather than quick symptom relief.

I work with adults experiencing PTSD, complex PTSD, acute stress disorder, adjustment disorders, and racial trauma, including trades workers, caregivers, professionals, and creatives who manage significant responsibilities while feeling internally strained. As a woman of color and an ally to the LGBTQIA2 community and sex workers, I provide an affirming, non-judgmental space that balances compassion with thoughtful challenge.
