I am deeply passionate about helping individuals process life experiences, achieve long-term goals, and grow into the person they envision. I strive to offer a safe, supportive space rooted in empathy, encouragement, collaboration, and clinically grounded care.

As a client-centered counselor, my approach integrates both verbal and non-verbal methods—including art therapy, talk therapy, storytelling, role-play, sensory work, movement, writing, and psychoeducation. These tools are flexibly applied within diverse therapeutic frameworks to meet each person’s unique needs. I bring a broad, integrative therapeutic skillset shaped by working with clients across a range of backgrounds and concerns—including mental health challenges, addiction recovery, grief, abuse, identity exploration, and life transitions. I focus on fostering emotion regulation, self-worth, healthy relationships, mindfulness, and resilience.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed/Board-Certified Art Therapist. I received a Master of Science in Creative Arts Therapy from Nazareth University in 2016 and a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Design from the University of Michigan in 2014. I have interned and worked in agency and private practice settings since 2015. Most recently, I worked for 6.5 years at Oregon State Hospital, a forensic psychiatric hospital.
