My approach is non-judgmental and grounded in genuine curiosity about your experiences, allowing us to explore challenges at a pace that feels right for you. I view therapy as a collaborative process, working alongside you to uncover your strengths and develop practical tools for growth. My goal is to empower you to navigate life’s difficulties with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches within a person-centered framework that honors your unique experiences, strengths, and goals, and helps support meaningful and sustainable change. My work integrates CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices to help clients shift unhelpful thinking, develop emotion regulation and interpersonal skills, foster psychological flexibility, and stay present and respond to yourself with care. I work with adults facing a variety of experiences including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma/PTSD, stress management, ADHD, and transitions/life adjustments.
I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver and bring over 7 years of mental health experiences to my practice. Throughout my career I have supported a wide variety of populations in outpatient settings. My background allows me to meet clients with both professionalism and deep empathy, creating a grounded and inclusive space where you can explore your experiences and work toward meaningful change.
