Taking the first step to reach out and ask for help can be the most challenging step to make. My goal is to provide a safe, person centered, and comfortable environment to explore your feelings and thoughts to support self-improvement and heal from difficult experiences. Together, we will utilize tools to better understand your individual learning style. This will be used to assist in providing information in a way that is easiest to understand and use as you begin your healing journey. Life can be hard at times and having a safe space to land can make all the difference.

I appreciate the different needs of each person and believe in creating an approach that is individualized. I utilize a relationship and strengths-based approach to identify and use your strengths throughout our time together. Building a safe, trusting relationship is valuable and paramount for increased exploration and change. During treatment, I use multiple modalities to include CBT, TF-CBT,EMDR, person-centered therapy, and other modalities based on the individual need.

I hold a Master of Social Work from Boise State University in 2020 and a BA in Social from the University of Montana in 2013. I have previously worked as a Youth Case Manager on a clinical team for seven years and worked with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I am specifically trained in EMDR and TF-CBT.
