As a dedicated mental health therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, addiction, and life's most difficult challenges. I'm passionate about helping clients build practical coping skills, deepen their understanding of mental health, and gain the tools they need to create lasting change. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to take the next steps toward a better quality of life. I am committed to making a meaningful difference in my community - one person at a time - by providing therapy that is both heart-centered and evidence based.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices designed to promote healing, resilience, and long term well-being. I integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients develop practical coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and a deeper understanding of themselves. I am committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change.
