I believe that every person has the capacity to heal and create meaningful change when offered empathy, safety, and connection. My goal is to build a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel supported as we work toward your personal goals. We all face times in life that feel especially difficult, and I am here to walk alongside you to help you navigate challenges, discover your inner strength, and move toward a life that aligns with your values, dreams, and goals. I am passionate about creating a space that fosters safety, connection, respect, open expression, autonomy, and authenticity.
I have experience supporting teens and adults in community mental health, substance use treatment, and with older adults, helping individuals navigate a variety of complex life challenges. My therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs and grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful tool for healing and resilience.
I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their strengths and values. I consider it an honor to walk beside my clients as they move toward greater balance, healing, and fulfillment. I work with adults (18+) seeking support with trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, self-esteem, chronic health concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-l) in Oregon. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Portland State University and my Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota. I am an avid learner and am currently pursuing further training and certification in EMDR through EMDRIA. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature—hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, gardening, and being with my dogs.
