I approach each day as an opportunity to extend loving-kindness, amity, goodwill, and an active interest in all whom I encounter. I find purpose and joy in helping others and am passionate about creating lasting change towards removing patient pitfalls.

Through providing case management and direct patient care globally, I became an architect of processes that allow for a wider range of support offerings. I focus my efforts on reducing the complexities of care by advocating for and supporting my clients, while working collaboratively with care partners to create accessible care options.

I received my Emergency Medical Technician certification from Northwest Regional Training Center and additional advanced EMS training through Washington Fire Chiefs, American Red Cross, and the Washington Department of Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Services. I have been recognized by the CDC for excellence in case management in relation to drug-resistant disease and have created public health directives selected for global implementation for large shipping fleets.
