We all have those experiences in life, where it all jus becomes too much to carry on our own. My goal is to be your support that lessens your load by listening to your story, teaching you new skills and ways to cope, instilling hope and facilitating healing and self-worth. I work with individuals including adolescents and adults; to help them discover their own personal strengths, recover and heal from trauma and adversity and build healthy relationships.

I utilize multiple approaches when working with clients and individualize each session. I am knowledgeable and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Exposure techniques, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, anger management and early recovery psychoeducation. I am also passionate with working alongside clients who struggle with spiritual and faith-based trauma, or want to incorporate their beliefs into their treatment.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego, as well as a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Syracuse University in New York. Go Orange!
