Hello! My therapeutic motto is "It's a beautiful day to change lives." As a lived-experience provider, this means at the very basis of what we do as clinicians, I am here to meet you where you're at, walk with you toward your goals, and hopefully effect lasting change.

My approach I offer a person-centered approach to all of my clients. Every person is unique. So, your therapy experience with me will be the same way. I take a holistic health approach, integrating multiple aspects of life to improve your mental health. My focus I love working with those who are truly seeking lasting change. I have worked with people from ages 5-90 from a variety of backgrounds.

I attended my masters program at Campbellsville University, receiving my Master of Social Work in May 2022. Currently, I am working toward my Doctor of Social Work: Social Work Education from Walden University. I started my career in social work as an intern at a local non-profit agency, assisting in case management for single women and mothers at-risk of homelessness. Since then, I have worked in a varied of settings including intensive in-home treatment, ABA therapy, integrated medical social work, private practice, and corrections. I am independently licensed in OR and the Carolinas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have specific training in perinatal and maternal mental health, autism, ADHD, religious trauma, complex and religious trauma, infertility, adoption, substance use, anxiety, depression, child and infant loss, LGBTQIA+, and holistic health integration.
