I believe healing begins with connection and understanding, and I am committed to creating a safe, trusting space where individuals feel heard and supported. I am passionate about reducing the impact of mental illness in my community by fostering trust, delivering accessible care, and supporting individuals through life's challenges. My goal is to support clients in achieving greater balance, resilience, and lasting well being.

My approach to care is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. I prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and empower clients to take an active role in their mental health journey. Drawing on over a decade of nursing experience - many of those years spent supporting families through labor, delivery, postpartum, and NICU care - I bring a unique perspective on the emotional and psychological challenges that arise during major life transitions. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I integrate holistic care which may include medications, exercise, diet, and self care measures - tailored to address a wide range of mental health symptoms and individuals' needs.

I started my nursing career journey by obtaining my ADN in 2014, graduating as class Valedictorian, I obtained my BSN shortly after in 2016. I received my MSN from Frontier Nursing University and became board certificated as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in September of 2024.
