I am passionate about helping people find clarity, meaning, and resilience as they navigate life’s challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is possible for everyone and that past experiences—no matter how painful—can become powerful tools for growth. I strive to create a supportive, affirming space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to move forward in their lives.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and trauma-informed, using an anti-oppression framework and systems theory to understand each client in their unique context. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based practices to help clients develop practical skills for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. I proudly support the LGBTQIA+ community and have extensive experience writing gender-affirming letters for transition-related care. I also work with individuals experiencing trauma, addiction, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. My goal is to meet you where you are and collaborate on a path toward healing that honors your lived experiences.
As a person of color and participant in an international exchange program in Mexico I bring a multicultural perspective to my practice; which deepened my appreciation for diversity and global understanding. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Throughout my career, I have continuously pursued training in trauma-informed care, anti-racism practices, and evidence-based therapies to ensure high-quality support for my clients. My professional journey is driven by a commitment to social justice, equity, and the belief that healing is both personal and collective.
