While life can bring moments of joy, it can also come with experiences of loneliness, anxiety, grief, and trauma. These stressors can be overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating, and at times, debilitating. I am passionate about coming alongside others in these moments and holding space for every thought, feeling, and experience to be honored. I am committed to creating a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where you will be met with compassion and are safe to be your most authentic self.

I believe the most impactful and valuable aspect of therapy is a trusting therapeutic relationship. For that reason, I tailor my approach based on my clinical experience and training to best support each individual exactly where they’re at. I have been trained in a variety of modalities including EMDR, Seeking Safety, IPT, MI and am certified in TF-CBT. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan treating a variety of presenting concerns. However, much of my recent clinical focus has been directed towards young adults through the elderly population addressing trauma, depression, and anxiety.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Youth and Community Studies with a minor in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin (2014) and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California (2018). I also have unique international training and experience dressing human trafficking in the Philippines. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, Oregon, and Texas.
