My greatest passion has always been helping others. Which is why I love working in a place where I can help others and be a ray of light for those who need it. As a scheduling specialist, I am determined to provide comfort, compassion, and understanding for those calling in seeking help. Mental health is not something that everyone understands, nor is it something that is easy to talk about. I am here to be that person you feel comfortable speaking to without the fear of judgement.
I have over 10 years of customer and patient facing work. This experience has built a great sense of ethic and patience that working with others requires. I continue to grow my abilities and apply them on a daily basis. I help clients get the help they need, and make sure their voices are heard. With my experience, I ensure to make the first point of contact a great and smooth experience. I am also bilingual and am always excited to help the Spanish speaking community, who don’t always feel comfortable asking for help, or don’t always find someone who can listen to their needs.
My educational background includes Human Resources and Social Services studies. I am currently working towards my bachelor's degree at Columbia Southern University. I am also a mom of 4 who enjoys the outdoors with my kids as well as a quiet night spending quality time as a family.
