I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. As a licensed professional counselor, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where individuals can explore their stories, confront challenges, and move toward lasting change. My goal is to create a space where you can show up just as you are, without judgement. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration—I consider it my privilege to walk alongside each client on their journey.

I specialize in working with adolescents addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. My approach to counseling is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I work alongside you to understand what’s going on beneath the surface, explore patterns that might be holding you back, and help you build tools that actually make sense for your life. I pull from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and trauma-informed care. The heart of my work is building a strong, trusting relationship where growth can happen and clients feel empowered.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University, and I’m a licensed professional counselor in Oregon. I have a rich background working in the community mental health setting and am continually pursuing professional development to stay current with evolving needs of the individuals and communities I serve. More than anything, I want you to feel empowered in your own story. Whether you’re working through something difficult or just wanting to know yourself better, I’m here to walk you through every step of the way.
