I believe every child deserves to feel seen, understood, and empowered – and that every caregiver feels supported in their role. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where we can work together to build confidence, cope with feelings, and create lasting growth.

Every counselor uses a different style, so it is important to find a good fit for you. I use a person-centered approach to counseling. I believe the alliance between the counselor and client is one of the most important aspects of the counseling process. I strive to work alongside my clients, not above them. I also use many different creative approaches, such as art, music, and play to help my clients feel more comfortable and enjoy their time in therapy.

I hold an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Oregon University, where I was trained in trauma-informed, culturally competent, and person-centered care. I hold a BA in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz. I have received partial training in Parent Child Interaction Therapy.
