My goal is not simply to help clients cope with their current struggles, but to empower them with the insight, tools, and resilience to create lasting change. I am passionate about helping people recognize that their challenges do not define them and that growth is possible, even when life feels overwhelming. I believe each person is the expert on their own life, and my role is to walk alongside them with empathy, honesty, encouragement, and support as they work toward healing and personal growth. Ultimately, my mission is to help individuals reconnect with themselves, recognize their worth, and realize that they are capable of more than their circumstances or negative thoughts may lead them to believe. I want every client to leave therapy feeling more confident, self-aware, and equipped to navigate life with greater clarity, purpose, and hope.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can explore their emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other life challenges. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Humanistic approaches, I help individuals recognize unhelpful patterns, reframe negative narratives, and build the confidence to move forward

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Oregon University and my Master of Social Work from Walden University in 2020. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, providing therapeutic support to teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and various life challenges.
