I believe in walking along side and empowering people's pursuit towards their healing journey towards their best authentic selves. I guide individuals (children, adolescents, families, and women) in finding hope, peace, and healing in the process of making sense of their realities to improve the quality of their life and relationships. My goal is to provide a safe space space where clients can be their full authentic selves, to walk along side of them, empower them, and collaborate to work towards their mental health goals.
As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, my therapeutic practice is client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. The therapeutic modalities I use in my therapy practice are the following: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Ecosystem Family Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Play Therapy.
I am a Clinical Social Work Associate certified in the State of Oregon. My educational background includes a Master of Social Work and a Bachelors of Social Work with a minor in Sociology from George Fox University.
