Life presents us with many opportunities for growth and stressors. I have passion, experience, and appreciation of our humanness as we navigate our lives. I delight in the opportunity to walk alongside of you during your journey and contemplate the best options and solutions for you.

My approach to therapy services is a positive approach to help resolve challenges that can affect health, family life, abilities, and desires for a meaningful life. I prefer a casual and conversational way to utilize methods like Motivational Interviewing to help guide your process and understand your self-knowledge, Dialectical Behavior Therapy for skill building, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD specific treatment, and other techniques such as dialogue, interpretation, cognitive reframing, awareness, and building skills to gain competency in life's challenges. I use care to address the challenges at the source, treatment, to come to a resolution.

My educational background includes an MA in Professional Counseling in 2004 from George Fox University and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counseling, level II. Additionally, I have a BS in Business Management from Marylhurst University.
