Life has its hard times for everyone, and I am so honored to be able to be part of someone’s journey and walk by their side through the tough spots. I am a warm and welcoming person who is able to connect with clients from different backgrounds. I specialize in work with children, teens and their families. I approach my work with an empowering and direct approach to provide support, hope, and change. I have worked within many different therapeutic settings from outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse to intensive in-home treatment with children and families. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and continually strive to be a culturally competent Professional Counselor.

I am trained in EMDR, CBT, Attachment Based Family Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, and I bring some elements of each of these modalities into her practice along with a healthy dose of humor, "woowoo," and positivity.

I began my professional journey at Southern Oregon University earning a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a bachelor's degree in Spanish while taking advantage of opportunities that shaped my goals and passions such as studying in Mexico and working with kids in various school settings. I went on to earn my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern Connecticut State University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of regon.

I am happy to have moved back to the best coast, the west coast, and love exploring the cascade mountains with my trusty dogs by my side.
