When individuals experience stressors or change in life circumstances, it is common to feel alone and feel the need to reach out for help. My passion is to listen to people and make them feel heard and validated. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults on the journey toward healing. I strive to ensure a comfortable space for individuals to work toward goals and collaborate on what change they would like to see.

I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I specialize in working with dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, experiential therapy and trauma informed care.

My educational background includes a MA in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Addictions from Lewis and Clark college in Portland, OR and a BA in psychology from Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska.
